Diane has lived on the Big Island, Hawaii since 1994 and obtained her Hawaii realtor’s license in 2001. She brings to MacArthur & Company Sotheby’s International Realty not only her knowledge of Hawaii real estate, but a wealth of related experience in construction, estate management, finance, and community involvement.

Currently she is the manager of a Big Island construction company she owns with her husband. Her construction experience gives her a finely tuned sense of understanding her real estate clients’ objectives in buying or selling a home. She understands the importance, and appreciates the beauty, of a well built home, as well as the subtle nuances architects and builders instill into the building process.

Previously, Diane worked as manager of a private Big Island vacation estate, and prior to that as an accountant for a trade show company and in marketing for Carnegie Hall in New York. Her knowledge and experience in finance has proven valuable in her real estate career, allowing her to point in the right direction for their property financing needs.

Diane also enjoys serving on the Board of Directors of the Puako Community Association located on the Kohala Coast, where she has worked on a range of issues for the betterment of this oceanfront community where she lives with her family.

Diane feels very lucky to live on the Big Island. She is passionate about sharing her love of the Big Island and helping clients find their dream property in Hawaii. She says, “it’s a big decision to buy or sell your home or land, and I work diligently until the deal closes and beyond.”
